• For each size please specify: quantity needed, width x height and pattern direction if applicable.
  
  
• To assure size exactness in cut size glass, we prefer that orders be faxed or emailed and then followed up with payment information by phone. If this is not possible we will accept phone orders.
  
  
• All glass is annealed. If tempering is required we can provide it on most types. Call us for more information.
  
  
• Glass will be shipped with seamed edge unless otherwise ordered.
  
  
• Cut size to be held to 1/16".
  
  
• Thickness stated on sample page is approximate due to the unevenness of textured glass.
  
  
• All glass orders must be prepaid before production. We accept all major credit cards, but we will accept other forms of payment. At times that may delay shipment, because most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours.
