Ordering, Shipping and Return Policy
Tools, Supplies, Accessories and Replacement Parts: We will make every effort to process and ship your order in 1-3 business days. In the event an item (s) is not available and we will not able to ship your entire order within that time range, we will contact you immediately with a expected ship date and await your instructions. We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. We accept all major credit cards on our site and they are processed through our secure servers. We can also accept personal checks but this will delay the shipping of your order. Pre-authorized account holders may use a PO# to place their orders. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified during checkout. Our site uses actual Published Real Time UPS Rates.
Alaska & Hawaii Shipping Note: For ground shipments to Alaska & Hawaii our real time shipping calculator uses UPS rates. We will be happy to ship your order USPS Priority Mail if the items meet USPS size and weight requirements. Just checkout using ground shipping and note that you request USPS shipping in the "comment" area on the last checkout page. We will adjust your shipping costs to reflect the lower rate when we process your payment.
Machinery and Material Handling Equipment: To avoid double freight fees most Machinery and Equipment is shipped directly from the manufacture. All payments must clear before we can authorize shipping. If a product is able to be shipped by UPS, it can be ordered on our site and the shipping rate is calculated from the manufacture's location. For large or heavy equipment, we will provide an estimate of freight charges at time of quote or order from one of our contracted common carriers.
Tools, Supplies, Accessories and Replacement Parts: We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective order we will gladly replace your order - within 30 days of receipt. All other merchandise returned for credit, refund or exchange must be in resalable condition, authorized for return, accompanied by a receipt and may be subject to a restocking fee. All orders that are not incorrect,damaged or defective shall not be subject to reimbursement of any shipping costs. No returns will be authorized on special orders or Cut Size products.

Machinery and Material Handling Equipment: All Machinery and Equipment is covered by it's respective manufactures policy's and warranties . We will be happy to assist you with any claims for damaged or defective items.
Cut Size Glass: Cut to size glass orders can not be returned for a refund or credit with the exception of glass damaged during shipping. See Glass Shipping for more information. The old saying goes "Measure twice so that we only cut once". We prefer all sizes be faxed or e-mailed to us so that your order will be cut right the first time. We want you to be happy with your selection so that is why we have actual 4" x 4" samples available for all of our glass styles.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
